These terms apply to quotes and carpentry work carried out by Creative Carpentry Co. Last updated July 2026.
Quotes are provided based on the job details supplied at enquiry stage and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Significant changes discovered once work begins may affect the final cost.
Cancellations made close to the booked date may be subject to a call-out charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property ahead of any scheduled work.
